Choose how you'd like to be paid
The options appear once your balance reaches £5.
Select Redeem, then I agree
Your cash-out shows as pending, then as success once it's sent.
Watch your inbox
Allow up to 4 business days. Check your spam and promotions folders as well.
Good to know
Pending rewards
New rewards show as pending while Cint checks survey quality, typically for 28 to 56 days. Then they move to the balance you can cash out.
Priority Status
Reliable members get Priority Status, and their new rewards skip the pending wait. Cint reviews status every day, based on how you take part and the quality of your answers.
PayPal payments
Payments go to the PayPal account registered with your JOYT email address. PayPal lets you add up to 8 email addresses to one account, so you can add your JOYT email to an existing account.
Amazon vouchers
You'll get an email with a claim link. Click it, or copy it into your browser.
Changing your email address
For security, cash-outs are paused for 7 days after you change your email address.
Redeemed rewards are final
Once a reward is redeemed it can't be exchanged, refunded or cancelled.
